My bottom line is that I like to sell houses. It's not work - each deal, listing or buying, is a unique adventure. What you need is an advocate who is knowledgeable, extremely organized, and detail oriented...someone who follows up incessantly, and someone who LISTENS to what you have to say so they can HEAR what you want. Buying or selling a house is one of the most personal things you'll ever do and you'd better trust, respect, and truly get along with the person you are working with. I hope that person can be me!
